We’ve chosen Arbor to help us manage our school. Arbor is a simple, smart and cloud-based MIS (Management Information System), which helps us work faster, smarter and more collaboratively as a school and as part of our wider trust.
The Arbor Parent App and Parent Portal (website) mean we can keep you informed about your child’s life at school in a much more accessible way, we will also begin sending out important information and notifications to parents as in app messages which you will receive via push notifications via the app rather than via a traditional text message as this will allow us to communicate with parents more efficiently.
Why not log into Arbor today to see and update your child’s information, view live attendance and behaviour data, along with notifications about any detentions which might have been set. More information will be added over the coming months as the service continues to evolve to include such things as assessment and progress data and any upcoming trips for which we require your consent.
To login for the first time please follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to https://fortis-academy.uk.arbor.sc
2. Click on First Time Logging In? and enter the email address which you have previously provided to the school (or used on Go4Schools) and then click on Set Password (if you have not yet given us an email address or this has changed - please contact the school with this information before requesting a password).
3. Check your email account for an email with the subject "Change your Arbor Password" and follow the instructions within the email. (If no email is received within 1 hour please contact the school to check the information we hold on your child's record)
The first time you log in, you will be asked to read and confirm Arbor’s terms and conditions. As a security measure you will be prompted to confirm your child’s date of birth.
The Parent Portal works on modern web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and we would encourage all parents to download the Parent App from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone to take advantage of the enhanced user experience and in app messaging system - links are shown below.

Android users, ensure you have turned on push notifications by going to Settings > Apps > Arbor > Notifications.
iOS users will be prompted to receive push notifications when you download the app, ensure you select ‘allow’.
You must enable push notifications to receive a notification when you have a new in-app message. If you do not enable this, you will not be alerted to a new message and may miss important information.
